Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Park Charter LLC (“we”, “us”) about the LikePose app (the “App”) and this website. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian, who agrees to them on your behalf.

1. Apple’s license

The App is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA). These Terms add to that agreement. If they conflict, the Apple Standard EULA controls for the license to use the App. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it.

2. Pretend social media

LikePose is a game. Its posts, followers, likes, comments and characters are fictional and simulated by the App; no real people see or react to your posts. LikePose is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube or any other real social network, and any similarity is only for play.

3. Virtual items and currency

Sparks, clothes, accessories, backgrounds, squishies and other in-game items are virtual. They have no real-world or cash value, cannot be sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for money, and exist only in the App on your device. Because your game is saved only on your device, deleting the App or losing your device may permanently delete your progress; we cannot restore it. We may change, rebalance or remove game content from time to time.

4. Purchases

The App is free to play and never requires a purchase. Optional in-app purchases, where offered, are sold through Apple under Apple’s terms, are protected by a parent check, always show exactly what you get before you buy (never random or mystery purchases), and refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Fair play

Please don’t copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App, try to get around its parent checks or limits, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Our content

The App and the Site, including all characters, artwork, text, designs and the LikePose name and logo, are owned by or licensed to Park Charter LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Music and sound effects are used under the Pixabay Content License. We give you a personal, non-commercial right to use the App for play.

7. Copyright concerns

If you believe something in the App or on the Site infringes your copyright, email help@parkcharter.app with the details and we will look into it promptly.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don’t promise the App will be error-free or always available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Park Charter LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of game data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (for a free App, zero dollars). Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you; nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.

10. Changes and ending

We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here with a new effective date. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may stop offering the App or parts of it at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
